Craig is a Police Lieutenant with a local agency and has been a police officer for more than 25 years. In his line of work, he understands the importance of strength – both mentally and physically. His passion for fitness began as a young athlete, competing in basketball, football, and track in high school. He continued to train diligently as a young officer, recognizing the role fitness plays in staying prepared for duty.
In 2019, Craig’s dedication to health and wellness led him to become a certified LawFit instructor. This fitness leadership certification, developed by the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services, equips law enforcement agencies and academies to build comprehensive health and fitness programs. As a Lieutenant, Craig applies this expertise in training police recruits, designing and implementing rigorous workout plans that prepare them for the demands of the police academy.
Craig is also a defensive tactics instructor, providing fellow officers with arrest control techniques to enhance safety and effectiveness in the field. In 2020, he earned certification as a R.A.D. instructor, and in 2021, he graduated from the prestigious FBI National Academy – further solidifying his commitment to professional excellence and leadership in law enforcement.
